SIGA Rewards Gaming Statement:
- SIGA can provide SIGA Rewards member with a standard statement of their carded gaming activities if the complete a “SIGA Rewards Gaming Statement” at any SIGA Casino or SIGA Central Office.
- Carded gaming information can be made available to SIGA Rewards members only. Members may request their gaming information on carded play for the previous 3 month, 6 month or 12 month timeframes only.
- All requests are sent to SIGA’s Privacy Officer for acceptance and authorization. Within 30 days the SIGA Rewards Gaming Statement will be completed and mailed to the requesting casinos SIGA Rewards desk. Requesting patrons can pick it up in person, the Rewards member must present Government photo ID and sign a form prior to receiving their gaming statement.
