If casino gambling is becoming a concern for you, perhaps it is time to take a break.  SIGA has a Voluntary Self-Exclusion (VSE) program.  This is a resource to assist patrons who believe it is in their best interest to take an extended break from gambling in casinos.

To enroll in the Voluntary Self-Exclusion (VSE) program, you must first make a specific request.  The request can made at any SIGA Casino site.  Once the request is made, you will meet with a trained SIGA staff member (Security Supervisor or Casino Management) who has the responsibility for walking you through the VSE process.  We recognize that this journey isn’t an easy decision but commend you in taking this first step in recognizing that need for a break from attending the casino.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: You cannot enroll someone else into the Voluntary Self Exclusion (VSE) program.

If you decide to enroll in the Voluntary Self-Exclusion (VSE) program, SIGA has in place a remote option as well.  You can exclude from the comfort of your home.  This option allows for a form of privacy for you and keeps you away from the possible triggers of the casino gaming floor.

This option to VSE is provided through the Manager of Responsible Gaming and Corporate Social Responsibility at SIGA’s Central Office location.

Simply email:

SIGAResponsibleGaming@siga.sk.ca or call (306) 477-7777 to arrange.

What is involved during the enrollment process:

  • Photo Identification is gathered and confirmed;
  • A Voluntary Self Exclusion (VSE) agreement is completed, reviewed, and signed by the issuing staff member and you;
  • You choose the length of time that you would like to self exclude (between six months up to 5 years) you should feel comfortable with the chosen length of time, because you cannot return to casino and online play until the exclusion date has expired.
